Non-Lucrative Visa
Those who are not citizens of any member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, or family members of citizens of these countries that want to reside in Spain must follow these steps:
First, you must demonstrate that you have the necessary financial means to cover the expenses of your stay and return and those of your family members with the following amounts:

We advise you on the requirements and processes to obtain the Spanish non-profit visa, health insurance, legal services and real estate services that will allow you to have a successful migration marked by peace of mind and security.

For your support, 400% of the IPREM (2023), equaling 2.400€ per month, which calculates to 33.600€ over the course of 14 months.
Have a valid passport for at least one year.
No criminal history for the last 5 years in Spain or other countries you have resided.
Must have a public or private health insurance arranged with an insurance company authorized to operate in Spain.
Must not be within the commitment period of non-return to Spain that the foreigner has assumed when qualifying for a voluntary return program.
For family support, each relative (spouses and children under 18 years of age), 100% of the IPREM equaling 600€ a month, which calculates to 8.400€ over the course of 14 months.
Must not be illegally (not following rules to stay in territory) in the Spanish territory
Must not be prohibited from entering Spain or appearing as rejectable in the territorial space of countries in which Spain has signed an agreement to that effect.
Must not be suffering from any diseases or illness that have serious health repercussions in accordance with the provisions of the 2005 International Health Regulations
