Family Reunification Services

The relatives of foreign citizens residing in Spain may obtain authorization to reside legally in Spain, by virtue of the right to family reunification. These relatives are:

– Spouses or partners.
– Own children or those of their partners, including adopted children under eighteen years of age or those over that age who are economically dependent on the Resident.
– Ascendants or those of their spouses or partners.
