Researcher
Visa to carry out training, research, development and innovation activities in public or private entities in the following cases:
Research personnel referred to in Article 13 and the first additional provision of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation.
Researchers hosted within the framework of an agreement by public or private research organizations.
Scientific and technical personnel carrying out scientific research, development and technological innovation work in business entities or R&D&I centers established in Spain.
Professors hired by universities, higher education and research bodies or centers, or business schools established in Spain.
The following family members of the researcher may also obtain a visa:
- The spouse or unmarried partner.
- Minor children and adult children who are economically dependent on the researcher and who have not constituted a family unit by themselves.
- The ascendants who are dependent on the researcher.
