Residency permit for employees or self-employed persons

A work authorization for employees is a temporary residency and work authorization for employees requested by an employer or entrepreneur for the hiring of a worker who is neither present nor residing in Spain.

The self-employment authorization is a temporary residency and work authorization to a non-resident foreigner in Spain for the performance of a lucrative activity on a self-employed basis.
