Golden Visa
Who can apply for the Golden Visa?
Those individuals who make a significant investment in Spain, either:
In Real Estate (minimum 500.000€)
In shares of a Spanish company or a bank account (value 1 million €)
Entrepreneurs who start their project in Spain and that it is considered of general interest for the country. The general interest report will be requested from the Directorate General of Trade and Investment.
In public debt (minimum 2 million €)
What documents are required to apply for the Golden Visa?
Applying for the Golden Visa in Spain is very simple. As your Golden Visa and Immigration Lawyers we will take care of the whole process once you bring us all the required documentation.
- Passport or other identity document.
- Health insurance (public or private) contracted with a company operating in Spain.
- Criminal record
- Visa application form
- Proof justifying the possession of sufficient funds by the applicant and his/her family members during the stay in the country.
- Documents certifying the investment, such as ownership, unlisted shares and equity, listed shares, public debt, bank deposit, business project (depending on the route chosen).
