Under the current immigration regulation — approved through Royal Decree 1155/2024 of November 19th — this residency falls under the broader category of Residencia Temporal por Razones de Arraigo.

In Greta’s case, the resolution expressly stated that the requirements established under Articles 126 and 127 of the Regulation had been successfully accredited, allowing the Subdelegation of Government to grant the residence authorization.
